They said wait 2 hours, wait 2 hours, and I did (I had to wait 2 hours for the manager) and they still wont give me my refund. I disputed the payment and it's been 4 days now and they have a "7 day money back guarantee"

No offense but buying gold from a freaking gold farmer is just stupid. You're asking to get ripped off, oh well. Hope you learned your lesson, plus you should feel bad. All you did was support someone who steals accounts, farms gold and really fucks up the games economy. I don't play runescape but the principle is the same seeing as it is considered a mmo (I guess?).
