Doesn't Donald Trump sue/threaten to sue anyone that he doesn't like/talks badly about him?

I remember a couple cases where he threatened to sue some magazines or newspapers for "biased and unfair" reporting.

Trump wants to expand libel laws specifically so he can sue people for saying [I]anything[/I] bad about him.
