So, Snow White is now Joan of Arc? Does that not beat the purpose of 'Snow White'? As the story goes, she's supposed to be a gentle, beautiful girl; pure of heart and all that shit. As it stands now the only quality, among those listed, I see actually in the film would be the 'pure of heart' bit, but in more of a warrior sense.
But nitpicking aside, it looks like a fairly generic action movie. It's just another one of those movies where an old premise/genre is taken apart and pieced back together to look different. Now, if the seven dwarfs appear in some capacity similar to The Hobbit, then they could be interesting.

safe to say huntsman is going to be a lot better than tarsem's adaptation. tarsem's will look LOADS better visually (you have to hand it to the guy, his films look absolutely incredible) but the writing seems atrocious
