I mean the US did allow the construction of Columbia, it wasn't a city built to escape from the world.[/sp]

[sp]I'm just not sure how time-displaced music specifically comes into play.[/sp] Also, I'm kind of wondering if [sp]it being a tear version of Rapture will actually come up. There's obvious parallels to be drawn in the setting, elements and characters.[/sp]
