That's the premise behind the regular [I]Apprentice[/I]. [I]Celebrity Apprentice[/I] follows the same format, except it's a bunch of mildly-moderately famous people trying to win money for their charity.

He's not eligible to run as he isn't a natural born citizen. They would have to amend the constitution to even give him a chance.

He's a naturally born citizen. He had at least one American parent. If you have at least one American parent, and are born in a foreign country, you're a naturally born American. (like me)

The current interpretation of natural born citizen includes having parents that are american born. Cruz's mother was born in the US, whereas Arnold's parents were both born in Austria and were not US citizens.
