made in SFM, inspired by Metal Gear Solid V. check the description for the list of custom models from the workshop.
took me about a month to get right, and to emulate kojima's camera movement style. some of the video is 1:1 the MGSV nuclear trailer, while the rest is stuff that i just made up off the top of my head to make it look like a trailer for something.
That was really impressive. I think you got the camera movement almost perfect.
Is the music slowed down?
-snip was wrong-

by about .2%, one of the things i used to avoid content id claims v:v:v
that fucking like...Wind animation? The way their clothes moved (spy after hoping down from the copter) looked fucking rad
I feel like it would have really benefited if you reskinned Archenemies with a neck bone since he moved like a hand puppet with that close up.
Other than that, that was pretty fucking ace. I loved it.
Is there a particular trailer this is based on, or just a collaboration of the story?
Awesome either way, just curious really. I'm not familiar with any of the new MGS

Amazing animation how did you make their clothes flap around in the wind like that?

all class characters have HWM versions of their models that are higher quality with more bones (or points to animate). many of those characters that wear longer coats have bones at the ends of their clothing. soldier in particular also has bones in his sleeves. the custom miss pauling model by crazyb has bones in her hair and her skirt.
basically if you take the rotation values of those bones and "jitter" them, which gives them chaotic random values, it gives them the illusion that they're flapping in the wind. when some items are clothing items that go over other clothes, you can do that to them too to give the same illusion.
I enjoyed the MGRR nod. I also liked that you established a pseudo-story to provide a sense of cohesion with the random clips.
That song sounds real bad.

The Medic probably should have been Kaz (they're both voiced by Robin Atkin Downes).

it was tempting. i opted to go with the already established best-friendship between the soldier and the demoman to help relate to kaz and big boss. the medic is also most likely to act as a madman who is willing to turn another teammate into a cyborg (and make an homage to a possible operation that would lead to the engineer's robot arm). i also got to use medic's sweet doctor steel beard misc.
That MGR part with Demo cutting the engineer was great.
That was kickass, all the small little nods and parallels (i.e. Kaz/BB & Soldier/Demo) just topped it all. Saxxy worthy.

there are things such as opinions and then there are things that are flat out wrong

Opinions can be "flat out wrong".
