For some reason a lot of people are in denial about where the majority of taxpayers and voters stand on police actions. The fact is they see the police as standing between them and anarchy in the streets. That's why even before all the facts are in they are contributing to this cop. That's why cops get away with so much. In essence, cops are the security guards for these people and who gets mad at their own security? Brown, on that video, didn't help change that perception. Most people will just see a very large black MAN roughing up a store keeper. They will not see an innocent teen, ie a kid, just going to his grandmother's house.
