The most likely thing that could have happened is the guy aiming the gun could have aimed it wrong and the bullet could have grazed and shattered some teeth. Doubt he'd be playing it off cool then.

Man that's hardcore. Also strangely enough, I've sometimes thought about how this same thing could technically happen to you with the biggest luck in the world, and not even from point blank. And you'd walk off with relatively little damage. And this guy just did that for the fuck of it, at least it sort of satisfied this itching thought that I've had about it. I know that's some weird thought. This dude's gonna need medical care though, or he's hardcore enough to go without too much treatment.
