This is why I love (and always have loved) Silverlan.
There already was a liberty prime NPC, but all he did was walk around and spew anti-communist slogans.
Eye beams need to be thicker and brighter, but otherwise this is an amazing SNPC.
I'd love to know how he ported the animations to source though.
