As always... Beautiful...
Holy fuck...
looks sweet
now, pair this up with a decent game and you've got a top seller
I'm going to wait for this to come out before I vastly upgrade my PC.
Ughghg *splat* Ouch mah balls
Finally the new engine looks good, definitely will get it.
I'm quite literally speechless. But goddamn if this is perfectly optimised for those of us without the absolute newest GPU/CPU... Well my soul would be sold so fast it'd leave you spinning.
Goddamn that looks good.
in which game is this going to be used?
i feel bad for Crytek. they make these engines, and then make these editors and accompanying videos en masse showing how "easy and quick" it is to make stuff with the engine, and then only 2 or 3 games not at all related to crytek come out with the engine

Mmm. Voxels.
Is it just me or does the CryEngine 3 logo look like a combination of the Ubisoft and Nvidia logos?

It'll probably stop the industry obsession with the not-that-great UE3.

I've got around 600 bucks saved up to get a new motherboard, CPU, RAM, and Video Card. Fucking bring it Crysis 3.
Beautiful... but where's my next Crysis?! I still need to know where Prophet was during nomad and joker's adventures.
I saw a comparison of CryENGINE 2 and 3 on the first level of Crysis. CE3 actually looked much worse and gibs disappear after a few seconds. Also CE3 has a shorter view distance.. This is all because they want the game to be played on consoles also so they improve performance by getting rid of stuff we like. Fuck you console gamers.

Good thing I get my new PC soon... else my old PC would catch on fire for sure....
:gizz:

Voxel physics? I wonder what that is all about.
http://csnation.totalgamingnetwork.com/forums/showthread.php?t=180377&goto=newpost
Wow, looks fantastic. Too bad developers are going to make games that look fantastic but suck and can be completed in 7 hours with no multiplayer or replayability at $80 a pop.
Sandbox + 360 = :flashfap: Achievement farming anyone?
now that's awesome.
seen it, rated clock for lateness :P also, is their "procedural destruction" like DMM, looks like it. [editline]01:23PM[/editline]
Voxel physics? I wonder what that is all about.
Hypervoxels in some 3D moddeling applications are particles which can dynamicly combine, kinda like sticky gloopy stuff, and if one is red, and the other is blue then the part where they join will be purple. Maybe they mean that.
Epic, epic, epic. Now it needs to be more modder-friendly, in case the gameplay and the storyline suck massive boner
