Pre Rolled Transparent Blunts - How do I use these?

When I first got my med card I had went to a clinic and got free shit on my first entry, nice glass pipe, bud cookie, more than a gram for 15 bucks, zig zags, and pre rolled cyclone blunts grape flavor.

It still smells like grape and I've never use them before and I seriously did googled to how to use pre rolled blunts and all I get is markets and shit.

This is what it is, and if you know how to use them can you show me? and can you please be specific about it with a list of stuff I should have in order to use it or w/e.
