The attack in a carwash, Naples. Arrested a 24 year old for attempted murder. Investigated the two other young men. The victim's mother: "These three guys are cowards, they've ruined his life, and now they say it was just a joke." The Children's Ombudsman, that is not bullying, that is pure violence, says.

Teased him because he's obese, but the joke has turned into tragedy when one of the bullies raped him with the air hose. A student of fourteen Plain, a suburb of Naples, is now hospitalized in intensive care for severe injuries to the colon; however, is not life threatening. The three heads of abuse were identified in a short time by the police, one was arrested for attempted murder, two have been reported.
Basically these three assholes shoved an air hose into this poor 14 years old boy, then turning on the air compressor.

Edit: Sorry for terrible English, I tried my best to clean up the parts that Google Translate fucked up.
"it was just a joke"
what a bunch of idiots. They probably failed their lives too.
What kinda charges and punishments are they facing?
Personally I'd give the main suspect a sentence starting with life and possible death, depending on his behavior during the first 5-10 years in prison.
This is all very hard to read.
also, may just be a translation mishap, but
The victim's mother: "These three guys are cowards, they've ruined my life, and now they say it was just a joke.
They ruined your life?
Dobson seems to be getting a lot more desperate nowadays.
In all seriousness, this is absolutely unacceptable. Can't wait for the rest of the fuckers are arrested soon. Hoping for a speedy recovery for the kid.

Attempted murder with probably some type of rape/sexual assault thing too.

Maybe she meant their lives or their family's life.

Ah sry about that actually, I meant to ask, or am just wondering what they're gonna get for these charges/crimes. That's all.
They probably haven't even been convicted of anything yet, so oh well. I just hope they won't get off too lightly. It's just senseless how someone could do anything like that to another.

It's a translation error, yeah

this is so italian
Burn all 3 of them publically.
This event has raised a shitstorm, and rightfully so
I wouldn't really call it bullying either, the people who did this were all 24 years old, the one who was arrested was convicted in the past for drug dealing and has a two years old son. They didn't even know the victim, as far as I can tell, and one of them has supposedly filmed the whole thing with his phone

Okay, Judge Bat-Shit.
I can't remember the source, but when people do stuff like this the amount of pressures is equal to so many atmospheres (Or whatever the term is). What a terrible fucking thing to do, i mean bullying is one thing but where the fuck do you get the idea of raping someone with an airhose.
So they raped a man with a compressor and then say "it was a joke"?
Scum of the earth. They knew that could easily hurt (or even kill) the poor guy, but they did it anyway. Try them for attempted murder. Fuckers deserve nothing less.
This guy is probably never gonna be able to eat solid food again. Good joke.
Okay, Judge Bat-Shit.
It just seems the most fair and "open" sentence. Open for possibilities that is; early release for good behavior, or death for being a scum punk.
bullying is shit like students being mean to other students, someone getting picked on is bullying
this is goddamn disgusting

Yes, the term is indeed atmospheres.
An average human being can survive an increase in the level of atmospheres if given time to acclimatize between pressures (1-2 atmospheres, acclimatization, then 2-3, and so forth) but if this is done all at once (like say, a few thousand atmospheres' worth of air pressure from a blast wave) the reaction will be much less comfortable.

Judge Bat-Shit, presiding.
Sentence them all to life, or possibly death.
Well, no matter what sentence they get, even if these fucker's families have to pay all their income for the rest of their lives, will make up the suffering he will have to endure.
He will never be able to enjoy food ever again.

parole with community service
the community service is cleaning up nuclear waste with plastic bags wrapped around you as hazmat suits

I just like to think that by principle, since governments generally do make decisions for their people and judge them based on their wrongdoings etc., then how come the death sentence is suddenly off the table but your usual life in solitary containment is not? (Kinda hard to explain.)

Because the death penalty is a much better alternative to life in prison.
I'd choose death over life imprisonment any time.
What sort of mentally deficient retard thinks sticking a hose up someone's ass constitutes a joke?
Because the death penalty is a much better alternative to life in prison.

And that's why it shouldn't be allowed. People that have to stay in for life have to think about what they have done for the rest of their lives. I'd rather give life in jail to somebody to straight out killing them.

People convicted for life either begin to enjoy it or suicide.
It always kind of scares me in threads like this when everyone starts cheering for the death penalty right out the gate. The justice system's supposed to be about reformation and punishment, not plain old fashion revenge.
No doubt these guys will serve out a long prison sentence anyway, one appropriate to the crime that's not completely blown out of proportion by blind emotional rage-response.
Because the death penalty is a much better alternative to life in prison.

Not an alternative, but another option. Another possible punishment alongside with the life sentence.
And.. are you serious? You'd choose death in a chair as a legal procedure over death coming naturally or less predictably?

and thats why you aren't a judge
