I'm on Pre-Trial Intervention for getting a possession charge back in August. I was almost done with my probation too.
Unfortunately a 'friend' left his grinder in my glovebox without even telling me it was there. I was pulled over and unfortunately...long story short they found it.
I don't even smoke anymore. I haven't been. I'm going to my probation officer tomorrow to see what I can do, and hopefully take a drug test.
Life sucks.

Yeah he did. I am trying to find out if he claims possession for it I can get off but thing is, he's on it too so he'd be just trading himself for it. The kid is my closest, best friend and I am just praying he won't let me fall for this.
Then again, I don't even know if it matters since I'm on prob. I had just finally gotten my life together to. Was going to school, had a job, and was even starting to talk to this girl.
Life is funny like that.

Hopefully you can rationalize with your probation officer.
They probally won't send you to jail over another posession charge. They will probally be dicks and extend your probation even longer. That happened to a couple of my friends, but they did spend a few days in jail.
A grinder isn't even possession, that's paraphernalia.
You probably won't go to jail, you're jumping to conclusions.
I'm sure it won't be as bad as you think, best of luck to you anyway.

It depends on where you live man. In New York it's decriminalized but any amount of weed can be fine able
possession of paraphenelia is a crime and u can get ur probation revoked for commiting ne crime. technically u can get ur probation revoked for speeding. get ur pussy friend to own up and if he don;t he ain't no friend and at that point u can technically kill him and it's not morally wrong

Pulled over for what? The long story sounds like it went wrong. Getting pulled over shouldn't mean that your car gets searched, unless you are pulled over for probable cause, and even then you can deny consent to a police search.
Exercise your rights correctly.

I dont know where you heard that one, but weed's weed in the eyes of the law and they most definitely can arrest you for having littlest amount of shake or even a seed on the floor of your car.

yeah true but i mean I wouldn't refuse a search over here since if you get an asshole cop most likely he is going to have his camera off so you can either refuse the search and get your ass beat or get searched and deal with whatever the fuck comes next. In fact I almost got my ass beat with a flashlight because the hood of the car was burning my hands

dude i highly doubt you would go to jail for that. i dont know about wherever you are but my buddy got a simple possession charge that he just had to pay a huge fine and it was wiped off his record.

all they have to do is say they smelled weed to be able to search they dont even have to actually smell it

In Denmark you can have 0,5 gr or under, on you without getting fined or send to jail.
