I can't be arsed to look any further into the speech, but this statement is pretty true. From what drifts to me, Republicans are pretty much exclusively "OBAMA WILL RUIN THIS", "WE HAVE TO DO THAT OR ELSE", "ALL OUR VALUES ARE BEING DESTROYED"... They just oppose things pretty much all the time and abuse fear mongering heavily.
