Yeah, but the only program I can get to run at all is Vinesauce, and that saves roms as .rom files (as opposed to .gbc or .gba or what have you.) I can't find an emulator that'll run .rom files, any suggestions?

You can change the .rom in the directory's name to .nes/.n64/etc.

Tips: 1. Try to avoid editing bytes from 0 to 1000, those are usually important shit that'll end up simply crashing the game if changed. 2. "Replace byte" usually gives you more hilarious corruptions than "Add to byte". 3. NES games are great for practice, corrupting games can be pretty difficult for newer consoles like the N64.
