How they calculate losses: Go to pirate website, look at the amount of times a program was downloaded and times that by the cost of the program. This makes me mad because those figures are completely inaccurate.

So the article is about people hacking / stealing information worth something like credit card details? It doesn't really provide any clear examples. Also I'm sure they would say that piracy is costing them billions if that's what the article was about.
