So not only are shadows grainy, they're pixelated to hell as well?

Even a flat normal map will do the trick! Also, a friend of mine sent modified code to garry which allows to modify the blurriness & the resolution (default being locked at a maximum of 1024) up to a maximum of 4096x4096, so maybe all of that will change soon... Hopefully. (if garry bothers to implement the code, but that'd be VERY awesome)
