I still can't stress that IT'S A FUCKING PC IN A BREADBOX.
The only thing that makes this a C64 is the breadbox case and a shitty emulator.
They don't even have a real picure of the product. They have been showing around that CGI mockup for ages.

But for those of us without a C64, it would still be fun to mess around with(even though an original would be even better). Probably not getting it, but I would like to know how close the new 64 OS is to the original...
I'd rather have an original 64 than this emulator. I could probably get one for cheaper, too, but it'll still be cool to see windows 7 running on it. It's still a pretty good idea still.

Too expensive, and too little info and pictures.
And does it even have space for a single slot GFX card?
Technically there's more than enough space for that, and it's also possible to implement proper ventilation without ruining the design.
