Both fighter's left hands are connected together while right hands are left free. Both fighters are sepperated by a small table. When the ring bells they start to beat the shit out of each other. You have to pin your opponents arm or knock him out. Simple.

Seems to me that for a while, fighters won't have any idea how to deal with this kind of sport, but eventually some of them will start doing some ingenious, probably fucked up stuff. They've got a whole table to work with.
