The whacked out vehicles flying all over the place need to be apart of some kind of endurance game mode for multiplayer. See how long you can survive before getting pummeled by flying garbage trucks.

My PC can run this fine, but everyone with a less powerful PC will have a pain in the ass to play this, which is to bad.
I really wish there was a way for the more low-end computers to play this game

Yeah mods make GTA IV the most fun you can have with a game.
I've been trying to find other things to do with modding but haven't found much. Managed to make a button that makes your car spin though (as well as one that makes you catapult out the front windshield).

Works fine on my windows 7 machine.
Not 100% sure what's going on.

It runs absolutely fine on Windows 7. What it doesn't run on is your PC.
