Well, bump up the lightness in premiere. See if you can lock your auto-adjust on your camera so it stays a constant lightness when filming as well. As for the music, the beat is too generic, and there's no real hook or any sort of clear content.

It looks like it isn't in the highest quality it should be in, check for a tutorial on uploading / exporting footage from your camera -> premiere -> youtube to retain 1080p or 720p.
