Can't help but shake the feeling it isn't coincidental. Had it crashed across the border, NK would be on the scene instantly with news of "attempted imperialist incursion", as US demands it's troops back. Not saying this would've been set up to instigate war, but I get the tickles. That or I'm simply missing something regarding the joint exercises.
