Is he using semantics? If the quote from "The Swamp" is accurate, that is not going to work. In this transcript he seems to hint at that for a defense.

I don't like Rush at all, but I find it HILARIOUS you guys shit bricks and scream bloody murder when a talk show host pulls crap like this and sit meekly by while other politicians on both sides of the argument wreak havoc passing bull shit laws and pissing away tax payer dollars.
