Well see, I was bored one day so I took a shower and well...shaved all my pubes off, i'm 17 so it was my first time, after I was finished it had a prickly type feeling to it, so later that night, I tried shaving with some type of shaving cream and try to shave the rest of it off with a razor, well all that caused was some little dots of blood to form, which didn't really help at all. This morning, I tried the same thing in the shower but with no cream, just shave it while in the shower, well, in the afternoom I went to take a piss to only look down and see this red pimple looking dots, I got online and I heard it being Called folliculitis. Has anyone else had this? How long will it go away?

Actually, this worked for me.
Use a cheese grater to get rid of that. Serve it on your favorite meal.

put lemon juice and salt on them. It should get rid of the rashes.
It's called razor bumps. The more you shave the less you get them.
Trim, don't shave. I get this too and it's annoying. If you have to shave, do it in the shower, use shaving cream (obviously) and when you're done rub hair conditioner over the area. Keeps the rash away.
