• Improvised or otherwise remarkable weaponry

In assymetrical warfare, improvised weaponry has always played a huge role. While the obvious case of the IED and related takes its toll, the past centuries have much to reveal. An improvised firearm is a firearm manufactured by someone who is not a regular maker of firearms, such as a firearms manufacturer or a gunsmith, and is typically constructed by adapting existing materials to the purpose. Called by many names, these improvised firearms range from crude weapons that are as much a danger to the user as the target, to high quality arms produced by cottage industries using salvaged and repurposed materials. Unabomber's homemade silenced pistol
few days ago I finished making a twenty two caliber pistol. This took me a long time, for a year and a half, thereby preventing me from working on some other projects I would have liked to carry out. Gun works well and I get as much accuracy out of it as I'd expect for an inexperienced pistol shot like me. It is equipped with improvised silencer which does not work as well as I hoped. At a guess it cuts noise down to maybe one third. It is said that it is easy for machinist to make a gun, but of course I did not have machine tools, but only a few files, hacksaw blades, small vice, a rickety hand drill, etc. I took the barrel from an old pneumatic pistol. I made the other parts out of several metal pieces. Most of them come from the old abandoned cars near here. I needed to make the parts with enough precision but I made them well and I'm very satisfied. I want to use the gun as a homicide weapon.
How cryptic!
Improvised WEAPONry, not FAGGOTry
You sayin' NERF lovers are faggots?
My Penis. I went out, grabbed some scrap metal, and improvised a bayonet for my throbbing member, as well as a grip, red dot sight, and silencer.
Always remember the Kzinti Lesson: "A reaction drive's efficiency as a weapon is in direct proportion to it's efficiency as a drive." Demonstration:
Do homemade lasers count? They're pretty cool, but they don't really work like weapons.

Home made handgun revolvers using standard 12 gauge shotgun shells are becoming increasingly popular with Taiwanese gang members, and this one was confiscated from a 19 year old gang gun runner. While it's not the first shotgun shell revolver, Taurus makes one called the Judge, this is the only one I've encountered that fires a regular 12 gauge round. That handle on the front isn't just for looks, as it's hard to imagine the kick this thing would deliver.
How about this Pimp Cane? I've also shot birdshot out of it and managed to shoot clay pidgeons out of the air with it, also a ton of fun

Is it even possible to have a gun that shoots bullets over .57 caliber? Hey don't rate me dumb now, this was a honest question.

Most weapons from Metro 2033 would count. Also gotta love those Chechen weapons. I found this rather interesting Improvised pistol (http://thebrigade.com/2010/07/20/in-a-pinch-improvised-weapons-26-photos/improvised-weapons-20/) Heres a Chechen grenade launcher (http://www.thefirearmblog.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2008/12/1-1.jpg) And you guys obviously can't forget the aerosol can/cigarette lighter combo
