I had 6 of my OWN VIDEOS, from my own GOD DAMN CAMERA, of my OWN GOD DAMN CAR, removed by youtube because VIACOM claimed copyright on them. Videos I made with MY OWN $1,200 CAMERA, of my $6,000 modification of MY CAR. Youtube is the worst website in the fucking world. And they're even worse to not check the content of the videos these companies claim copyright on. So now my fucking videos are on Viacom's website, and they're making thousands of fucking dollars on them, and there's nothing I, or other users in the same situation can do.

Plus, some of those copyright claims do fall under 'fairuse' under the dmca, I am sure. Just half the people don't know what they can do with the DMCA.
