Best thing was when they went swimming and got in the water. The wet parts of the black puppet ended up A LOT darker, while it wasn't noticeable on the white ones

Great, now I'm remembering Tots TV. There was a lot of weird stuff I watched as a kid. I recall some sort of animal puppet show where they lived in a really fancy house, and for some reason, as my older sister once pointed out to me, they seem to have discriminated against one of the animals as they were never allowed inside the house, and would always be interacted with outside.
I got all nostalgic when i heard that theme song once more.

Oh god. I remember that. I think I also remember always being confused about why he turned darker. The idea that they were made of felt never really popped into my mind.
