I love how it's still got the Lego style humour from the games. Good cop/bad cop had me in stitches.
The Lego explosions looks cool as fuck!
Intesting..
Can't wait to see this, I love movies that use stop motion and this seems to be one of the most brilliant new concepts for a movie.
I am actually really excited for this. This looks just plain awesome.

Is it really stop motion? Looks like cgi to me. If it is stop motion then whoa

It is entirely CG but they deliberately lowered the frame rate for the movie to make it look like its stop motion animated, which is a really nice touch.
This looks really fucking amazing.
Abe Lincoln flying away was hilarious.
for some reason I can't stand when they use pop music in trailers
See I'm just building myself up some huge disappointment and it's really conflicting to see that this film may in actual fact be the tits.

Are you suggesting lego tits would be bad?
Oh my god he has a block glued to his back and he uses a hammer to shave.
That is so Lego it's amazing.
Oh my fucking god is that Will Arnett voicing Batman?
Let me repeat this to you: GOB Bluth is voicing BATMAN.
This is the greatest movie of the century.
I personally wouldn't have given the licensed characters starring roles, given LEGO has a good enough library of original characters that the film is already touching upon, but it seems like they're doing a good job with their use of Batman and various other licensed characters as it is, so props to them.

And ya know... Morgan Freeman...
I took my neices to watch Cloudy with a chance of meatballs and I was the loudest laughing motherfucker in the cinema. People thought I had downs.
If the comedy is the same wavelength I'm so down with this film
Watching these trailers makes me feel like a kid again. None of the stories my friends and I came up with made a lick of sense and this feels so much like that it's unreal. I'm gonna watch the movie and probably get the sets too. Some things you just can never outgrow.
Making this a must see.
I'll admit, when I heard they were making a Lego movie I thought it would be terrible. But both trailers look really good, and they've actually taken a really clever approach to it.
As much as I want to see this in the cinema, I'd rather not be the only person in the room above the age of 10 who isn't a parent.

Borrow a kid from someone
There's also a game based on this which is being released as well, BTW.
It has a very Robot Chicken style of comedy. I like
I want to see Pepper and the Brickster somewhere in this movie.

if you're talking about "feel this moment" then please go away. it samples from "take on me" which is cool and it's actually pretty good but then again i listen to pretty much anything so ehhhhhh whatever.
(space to indicate topic jump)
I think that LEGO corporate HQ realized they still had the rights to a bunch of copyrighted characters and they had a bunch of money left over and sales were down and were all like "MOVIE. WITH BATMAN. GO."
I didn't even know "feel this moment" was a thing, I just thought it was a remix of "take on me"
:v:
Come with me if you want to not die!
A house divided against itself, is better than this. (Flies away in rocket chair.)
The jokes don't seem to be incredibly childish, in fact there seem to be a lot of jokes for adults too, like the overpriced coffee bit.
Seriously one of the best movies I've seen a while. It's funny, charming, well-paced, and emotional. I suggest you guys see it.
