A Hamas attack tunnel collapsed in the Gaza Strip in the Zeitoun area on Wednesday evening, one day after another tunnel collapsed in the coastal area.
Hamas blocked off the area around the tunnel and was making sure that radio stations were not reporting details of the incident.
On Wednesday morning, Hamas officials confirmed the death of at least two of its operatives in a separate tunnel collapse.
Eight others were reported missing after the underground passageway caved in, according to Hamas military wing, the Izzadin al-Kassam Brigades.
The incident on Wednesday evening was the third time in recent weeks that an underground passageway collapsed.

Also recently Israeli's in border communities have been complaining of hearing drilling underneath them.

Residents of various Israeli communities along the southern border of the Gaza Strip have renewed complaints of reverberating, underground drilling sounds possibly linked to the construction of infiltration tunnels by Palestinian terrorists, Channel 10 reported Tuesday night.
The residents told the Israeli news channel that at first they believed the middle of the night excavation sounds were caused by rain storms that hit the country earlier this week, however when the sounds desisted at 4 a.m. they realized their source was not the precipitation.
One resident, Tzila Pitusi, said it felt as if someone was breaking into her home.
"We started hearing things like concrete cracking, we felt that the concrete was rising up. We heard booms and bangs from the kitchen," another local, Esther Naim, told Channel 10.

The whole tunnel situation is tricky and could lead to another war over the summer people have been saying - Sometime over the next year Israel will likely have the technology installed to start detecting tunnels that cross into Israel and Hamas would be aware of this. They have the choice to either use the tunnels which are major source of pride, investment and strategy or wait for them to be detected and destroyed which would be a major blow to them.
Here we go here we go here we goooo
Sometimes I feel like I'm living in a fucking cartoon.
Also, good. Any attacks against civilian targets are inexcusable, I'm glad to see their attacks failing.
Israel should launch water tankers and just spray the Gaza area. Therefore tunnels collapse, and Gazians get free water!
Everyone wins!!
