Holy shit. Reminded me of Pudge
-oh, so he did go to the hospital-
Did he not bother to go to the hospital?
Read the article, he had surgery
It's aliens, calling it now.
It kind of looks like a giant baby's head is coming out of his stomach.
Why the hell would you consume anything you dropped in a river? Whatever it is is ruined now, give it up. The five-second-rule does not apply to liquids, much less for things dropped in liquids.

Jeeze that thing looks bad, the growth looks bad too.
it looks like he ate a giant water balloon and then got disemboweled
and then it bursts and he gives birth to thousands of spiders.....knowing Australia this isn't entirely off the books!

Any other country:
'If you know anything about what this condition may be then please help, I'm worried this is going to kill me. I'd like to be there for my children.'
Australia:

Drinking a can of beer that fell into a river,

Looks like he has a particularly severe case of beer belly

the elusive double-belly, often accompanied by double-chins and death
Fuck that picture caught me off-guard. I honestly wouldn't have thought much of dropping a beer can in a river and drinking from it. I'm assuming it was open when he dropped it.
Yeah I would have let the can go, but I wouldn't expect that kind of reaction from drinking from it.
I'm not even sure what's happened in that picture. Did the skin on the outside swell up, or is it swelling on the inside so bad, it layers over the surface skin?
I'm reminded of the Stephen King story Gray Matter here.
