Well ill put it in the fastest way i can explain it. i need to lose weigth. fast. I dont want to take any fucking pills. I just want it to be natural working out and eating right. Please post the best way on how much weight you can lose within one month with the right diet and working out. If you're really serious, plan your meals for your entire week, have 6 or so small meals a day and work out their calorie value; this way you're metabolism will be high. Breakfast (Small) ↓ Snack ↓ Lunch (Biggest meal of day) ↓ Snack ↓ Dinner If you never eat anything that's not on your plan, and you plan your exercise there's no way you won't lose weight. Exercise early in the morning, it's better than at night when people usually do; it's also sadly harder. I don't really know how anyone would do this however with work/school. The problem is, you won't be able to keep up an extensive diet. The second you stop the weight will come back one again. Best thing to do is to cut down what you shouldn't really be eating. Get rid of snacks and only eat during meal times. Another one is to cut out sugary fizzy drinks.
Your snakes cant be chips or cookies either - has to be a fruit or vegetable. This applies to your average diet in general too, try to eat nothing but healthy food. Drink nothing but water. Sodas have a shit load of sugar. Sugar = Fat.

Dont drink sodas, sodas are by far the most fattening drinks.
Tie your laptop to the end of a treadmill and put the treadmill on the fastest speed it can go. Instant weight loss.
Eat lots of low fat calcium concentrated products such as Yogurt. This will fill you up and keep you lean. Lean towards fruit as a source for small meals throughout your day to keep you full as well. Stay away from carbonated drinks and drinks with high amounts of sugar.
Go running for more than half an hour. At least an hour to get some really good cardio going. You don't have to run that entire time, just run for a few minutes, then speed walk, then run, etc. etc.
ok so ill stay away from sugary drinks. and ill eat a ton of oranges and bananas considering those are like my favorite food on the planet. But its the fat i want to lose. I want to gain muscle while getting rid of fat

Losing weight sometimes takes a while, even for the most dedicated.
