I kinda giggled at 15:40 where the cleaning lady is just cleaning up the mess like its a daily occurrence. Other sources say that he verbally assaulted her but there's no backing up to that. The Doctor can't leave the country for now, and there will be a court case. Although the hospital wanted to sweep this under the rug at first. IIRC the security company that had the tapes from the cams basically made that impossible.

Seems like it was before the video that something happened?

what is the actual story behind it... him causing major brain trauma because he smacked his head hard on the ground is not news without context....

People shouldn't underestimate a punch of a man who is 20 kg bigger than the receiver. It's just sad, a man is dead, and most likely young doctor's career and life completely ruined.

Sorry guys, it's murder. Homicide can be considered murder if there was intent to cause grievous bodily harm, even if there was no intent to kill.

GBH involves leaving permanent scarring wounds on someone, such as breaking a guy's arm or cutting a finger off. This was accidental, and Russian law regarding an accidental killing says he'll get 5 years in prison at the most.

Article said the doctor flew into a rage because the man allegedly kicked a nurse during the procedure. But I didn't any such thing happening in the cam feed, unless it happened off camera.
