What happened to that shock image with the naked people and the severed head?

It was a shock image from 4chan or some other stupid, kiddish forum where there was a naked man and a women and they were posing next to a [presumably real] severed head while grinning. Does anyone have a link to that pic, or was it taken off by Federal Authorities?
