All JimmyR does is take the top articles from Digg\Reddit and other sites and put it into one site. The article is from Digg (technically The Chive), JimmyR just distributed the link. Either way all you did was copy paste everything including the title.

If they lie about the details, then it makes it that much easier to dispute the charge and get their money back. If they don't ask for any details, the seller can easily add or take out a word that makes it so that there's nothing wrong with selling that.
