I'd probably freak out for a few seconds, mainly because emergency warning systems like that freak me the fuck out, but if it mentioned zombies, I'd realise it's a hoax.

Not sure about this one, but the real weather warnings are read out by a synthetic voice named "Tom". It has a bit of a disconcerting feel to it. This fake one sounds like it was read by a real voice, albeit masked.
