The game needs optimization, badly, its really the only major problem with it right now, it doesnt matter how good your computer is either. Been waiting for this shit for years, had the alpha and all that shit, NS1 was amazing and this looks amazing.

The map reminds me a lot of doom 3. This looks like a lot of fun. I've always wanted to play as a uniceratops
Notice how the marines are getting raped in every scene. Its pretty true to the game.

The stage reminds me of Total recall on mars.

Jetpack directly counters Onos, rines can turret spam and build trains of long ARCs which blast alien structures to shreds. The main problem is the devs decision to code in lua, late game most people get like 10 frames, and i get around 15-25 in combat on a GTX580 i7 900 3.5ghz and 8 gb ram. The game really runs like a piece of shit right now.
the only worry I have is that it turns out like nuclear dawn aka spend years developing it, release it and have it die on it's arse

Doesn't matter if its a counter or not. Still dont do shit help absorb from onos.

it's decent but if you loved the fuck out of NS1, prepare to be disappointed with the massive heap of gimmicky shit they added (alien commanders and infestation spreading, etc), the retarded amount of static defenses that make the game boring as shit and the complete lack of skill-based movement (they removed bunnyhopping and tried replacing it with a wallhopping mechanic that they nerfed into the ground to the point of being useless) they overcomplicated the entire formula and it honestly plays like shit

I'll be honest, I think this looks kinda fun, but I don't see the potential or the appeal everyone says this game supposedly has.
