An 11-year-old boy urinated on several MacBook computers on a cart in the Upper Allen Elementary School Wednesday, damaging them beyond repair, according to Upper Allen Twp. police.
The loss came to more than $36,000, police said.
Police charged the boy with institutional vandalism and criminal mischief and are turning him over to the Cumberland County Juvenile Probation Department.
I've heard this rumor about electrical parts not taking liquids very well.
More like, why does an elementary school have $36k's worth of Macbooks?
The $36,000 was just for the mouse
Wow, I hope they make him replace all 5 of those Macs.
Why the hell do Elementrary kids get fucking macbooks when all they'll be doing is using goddamn microsoft word. The only few Mac's my school has got is for tv production class and all the other computers in school have windows 7 on computers made for windows XP from 2002, yet these guys get them for no reason?

Its extremely easy to make it so you can't fuck stuff up on a mac, not to say its not easy on windows computers too but people are lazy
What the fuck is with people and urinating on shit, dogs have more restraint than him.
This really pisses me off.
My high school never got laptops :(

You heard wrong.
See? I can pour liquids on my computer all d
I was confused on how it could amount to $36,000 dollars worth of computers until I read they were Macs.
this guy is hero
What a great place to urinate, I'll be sure to take this idea to my university!
I've heard this rumor about electrical parts not taking liquids very well.
urinate sense of reason and rationality does you credit sir.
It's even funnier considering that schools get discounts.
How did they break them beyond repair? Usually computers that are off completely can continue to work if left to full dry and I imagine urine being sterile doesn't do much and if they where on how didn't he get electrocuted?
All of the elementary schools in my city have two full carts of macbooks and a lab of imacs yet my highschool has xp laptops and computers that are p. outdated.
It's dumb because they get dirty as fuck because they just rip the keys out/draw all over them with pencil

It's piss easy, really.

I'm judging you so hard right now.
And that's what you get for buying expensive macs for school instead of cheap Pc's

I ejuclated on my laptop, nothing happens
I don't have a problem with this.
I ejuclated on my laptop, nothing happens
One must ask, why did you ejaculate on your laptop?
I don't have a problem with this.
Except for the part where they charge an 11-year old...

Being 11 doesn't mean you can get away with committing crimes, 11 year olds aren't dumb they know what they're doing.
For $36,000 you could buy 2 carts of pc's that work just as well if not better while getting more laptops out to students to learn.
I hate how schools buy macs for just handing out to students for a basic school project, like doing research or playing a fun flash game where you get to dissect animals for science. Schools are always worried about being cost effective, so instead of buying pc's that are significantly cheaper and usually just as powerful as macs, they buy macs.....

You can where I live.
That's what you get for spending so much money on batch of macs. I would never buy macs for public school use. Repairing software costs less than repairing hardware like in this case.
