• Mom wants her son that has down syndrom have sex

Like most mothers Lucy Baxter wants her child to live a fully rounded life - including the experience of a physical relationship and even finding love. But her 21-year-old son Otto has Down's syndrome and has had trouble finding a partner. So she is appealing for women to come forward so Otto can 'enjoy the same experiences as other men his age'. Daily Mail... Anyone have a more reliable source on this? I Googled 'lucy baxter' and came up with The Daily Mail and a news.com.au article which cited the Mail article as the source.

This is really old.
Considering many people with downs syndrome are effectively children (wonderful, wonderful people but more often than not without adult faculties) I would question how good an idea this would be for him.
But people with Downs syndrome are unable to reproduce ...
I was not aware that it is 2011.
Welcome to the future. Beer and tiny hot dogs are on the left.
You gotta admit though, it's actually nice to see a mother appreciate sex and be so open about it.
Taken out of context, that statement is somewhat hilarious.

I bet she wants someone to go down on him too.
wow this thread gave me nostalgia it's so old
Why is this even news?
Documentary on this guy a few months back about him trying to find a girlfriend, failed. :(
Kinda reminds me of that question posed by a mother some time ago, on a website I forgot, asking whether it was normal for her to masturbate her armless son, seeing as he couldn't do it himself.
I'll take him

Let's see what he does with that extra chromosome.
