A quick question on setting up a direct download...

A musician friend of mine wants me to encrypt his music in winrar (easy enough), and show him how to put it on his myspace page for direct download (that's the tricky bit). Does anyone have any key terms to look up, or is anyone willing to give me some instructions on this?
