I assume the "fair chance act" is something like Star Trek's prime directive?

Ive already got one of these beauties. Gonna get a crew together with the friends that have Star Citizen.

God, the crew's faces were uncanny in a really funny way to me, can't say why.

So someone want to explain what this game is about? Is it an MMO? If so will it require a subscription fee?

i'd love to get this, but i think it's best to wait till it comes out fully instead of spending 40 bucks now, getting the same crappy boat i would in the full game, when all the bugs are ironed out and [I]a lot[/I] more content added.
