Thank god. WW2 games are way overrated.
Activision needs at least 3 WW2 Games a year.
IW should break free from Activision and join VALVe. Activision sucks, but I think IW has some true skill when it comes to game design.
Plus a few guitar heroes
Infinity Ward is awesome.
"We always wanted to be on consoles and Activision saw us as more of a PC developer," he said.
dum dum dummm
Thank god. WW2 games are way overrated.
ya cod sux
"We always wanted to be on consoles because were retarded and can't make decent sequels but Activision saw us as more of a PC developer," he said.
Fixed the quote

Plus I don't want IW making decisions in Valve Games.

WW2 games are still good, I even play COD2 online just for the hell of it sometimes.

Activision are a bunch of turds. Modern Warefare was a great move in my opinion. Change is a good fucking thing for fuck sakes.
IW should break free from Activision and join VALVe. You don't just 'join' Valve. they won't publish games for you. Valve has EA to publish their games, and IW should let EA publish their games too because Activision is dumb and EA is great. [editline]08:41PM[/editline] But they would have to leave Activision and go to EA on their own will. To be honest they're probably gonna make more money staying at Activision. But since IW clearly cares about the quality of their games, I would like to see them move out as well.
Modern warfare has been the only moderately interesting call of duty games.
IW should break free from Activision and join VALVe. Activision sucks, but I think IW has some true skill when it comes to game design.
I think IW should just break free altogether and work by themselves.
I think IW should just break free altogether and work by themselves.
Then they would need someone to publish their game. They're too busy polishing their games to worry about how to get it across the world and advertise it and all that stuff.
Thank god. WW2 games are way overrated.
CoD2 was awesome.
I'm just waiting WW2 fps game from axis side.

hahah market research
I still have this strange shred of resect for Activision. They made the best games on the Atari 2600.
Thank god. WW2 games are way overrated.
But CoD games are even more fucking overrated
But CoD games are even more fucking overrated
You know nothing. The original CoD and it's expansion are still some of the best WWII games there are.

Activision is just getting worse and worse.
In Activision's defense, publishers must make the game appeal to the widest audience possible. Profit determines how many more games they can publish. One of the major factors is controversy. WW2 was the least controversial and most well known of all the wars. Its actually the most recent "real" war (approved by congress). Almost everyone was for it and the cause. Vietnam is hugely controversial, therefore there are barely any games about it. Anything recent or modern is controversial as fuck. Too many people hate the war going on right now. I can see how Activision fear the modern warfare concept. But that in no way condones the number of repetitive WW2 fpses and denying Modern Warfare 2 despite the huge success of the first one.

The problem I have with WW2 games is that they are never accurate enough and they are too arcade themed, I like the COD series and COD2 was a very good game because they seem to try and get close to accuracy, I really enjoy WaW. I don't think its a problem with too many WW2 games, I think its a problem with too many WW2 games staring yankey boys in their glorious American ways slaughtering hundreds of Germans with gas masks carrying MG42's. [editline]09:50AM[/editline] If you to find an accurate WW2 game it will be outdated in graphics and the engine will be lame or there is no single player campaign (Red Orchestra for example).
