That was pretty neat. In the two weeks that I've been playing this game now, I haven't had a single time I could summon or be summoned by someone :( Did have some fun invading people though.
I used to invade people, steal their humanity and leave. Oh the rage messages
if I ever get this game I will be sure to make a woman so I do not get ass raped when playing on lower levels [sp] I probably will regardless[/sp]

I still get killed by the most basic enemies when I get too overconfident and run into a hoard of them.
Most people die because they run into anything You won't die too much if you look before rushing into battle
I posted this in the video description but I'll put it here too just in case. To address people saying that this is unfair to new players: I can respect that and in a way I agree. While I didn't show it in this video (for effect), I almost always drop a useful item before I kill them. But even if I didn't it would be fair in the Dark Souls world. In a developer interview they even endorsed the idea of being a twink and ganking players because it fits with the game thematically. The spirit of the online portion is risk vs reward. You risk being invaded for the reward of being able to summon bros and look pretty. By going human you're opening yourself up to being invaded and that can be a small risk or a big risk depending on who invades you. You might get invaded by a total newbie and crush them and take their souls, rewarding you. You might get invaded by a min/maxed dickwraith who has trained for the day he would meet and crush you. This is one way players learn the risk of going human. One death isn't going to ruin their entire experience. Invading works on a similar system, invading can be dangerous for invaders. You might be an SL30 dickwraith ganking in blight town but then you accidentally invade an SL100 player on NG+ who you have almost no chance against. I invade plenty of SL100 "anti-gankers" in the burg, SL100 players who wait to be invaded by low level dark wraiths so they can punish them. When I take my LP character into NG+ I'm gonna "anti-gank" as well.
