This is pretty much why he has to resort to inserting an audio track. I have an eBay business since 2008, and I am quite fed up with all the idiots that simply buys thing without even reading the descriptions, and then later leaving negative feedbacks/disputes because of their own incompetence. His frustration is very understandable.
