Stuff like this doesn't seem to be too unusual. When my dad was a radar operator during his conscription (Värnplikt) during the Cold War he said stuff like this happened all the time.

you'd probably find that most western countries does this as well, but we are either not told about or told that China or Russia intercepted illegally in international air space.
Even with these aggressions in mind, Swedish politicians still choose to downsize the army. Afaik these violations haven't been as common nor this aggressive since the height of the Cold War.

Fighter pilots know they have the coolest job in the world, country of origin doesn't matter. And what's more cool than being a fighter pilot? Flying wing tip to wing tip with another one. I still say we just start fucking with them. We should get old decomissoned WWII planes and start escorting them out or get a FedEx jumbo jet. Basically fuck up there ideas of our air defense than we already are.
I'd say shoot them down. But I don't think escalating things with Russia at this point is the best thing for anyone.
