It felt kinda rude that they said that and said that they didn't really know him, I mean it's fucking Louis C.K., hopefully they were joking this was brilliant though.

I think O & A were just saying he was a "local comedian" so that Donald Rumsfeld wouldn't know he was a celebrity. As far as I know, Louis CK is pretty well known all over the US.
