Adam is so awesome, even willing to release plans for the box.
I want one!
I like how the controller is just a LCD screen and 4 Xbox 360 analog sticks attached to a circuit board
What's amazing is that in 10/20 years time you could get something like this for maybe a 10th of the price yet somehow be more powerful.
(Science rules.)
It's really cool looking at how excited Adam is about it. its like childlike excitement which is really charming to watch.
we need to build giant versions of these
Hooking this thing up to an oculus rift and a pair of cameras on it would be extremely interesting. Like being a fucking spider.
I like how adam is genuinely like a little kid with his new toy..
Now to wait for mythbusters to start planting remote explosives on them....

That is beautiful. I want one.

It's not your right to judge what Adam Savage puts inside his rectum.
I can imagine weapons company's being interested in the algorithms for those movements
That is amazing how it moves just like a spider.
Like adam said, how it corrects its legs after stopping, the jittery motions, it's spot on!
I swear, does that Asian kid ever shower? It's like his hair is always so greasy.
It's shit like this that makes me wish Jaimie Mantzel accepted professional funding. If he can make spider toys out of scraps(which restricts him from doing individual leg motion, sadly), imagine what he could do to rival a company like this.
so many pranks could be held with this

I can't wait until i can ride into battle on my gigantic spider-bot.
Absolutely frightening.

Shame they didn't make it able to do a defensive stance like so;

I want one with crab arms in the front and a winch in the back
I want one with miniature flamethrowers.
