How about some more information than "It wasn't the greatest"

It was a decent film altogether. The acting wasn't completely brilliant, but the plot was solid and at some points you could spot the small references and influences from other horror films and franchises. The way it was written, it was as if there were two stories going on at the same time - a murder mystery / survival horror in the elevator, and a CSI-esque thriller outside. The ending was satisfying, but I'm guessing that all the OTT atheists on the forum will be sighing at the religious connotations in the last scenes.
I'd recommend it anyway.

Movie was okay, didn't care for the ending. Had hope as long as M. Night didn't direct.
Honestly, the trailers looked like shit.
I'm not religious, so I probably wouldn't understand half the symbolism anyways.
Not to mention, I've pretty much lost all faith in M. Night.
