I don't know where specifically I have heard it, but I always saw people saying that Arnie is such a fucking cool guy both on set and off, with the exception of a few occasions during stressful filming. He was chill as fuck when he was Governor, too.

Weird, I've heard that he's actually really self-centered and narcisstic. I can't know for sure since I haven't met him but I would imagine him to be a reasonably nice fella. And I'd love to meet him regardless.
