Bit of a stretch here, but a guy named Modman on steam seems to be friends with djy1991 on steam and he's in his private gaming group. So he might be related to ICTON.

Admit it, it still makes you laugh too.
It's hard to imagine a 3rd one because the first two are so old and filled with memes and kids screaming, something a lot of fans of the videos have probably outgrown. They were hilarious for their time but now they're pretty much nostalgia material. Wonder what they would do this time around.
