Psychological thrillers that fuck the absolute shit out of your god damn head

I love psychological thrillers, being confused as hell trying to figure out the plot and reasoning of the mysteries behind the mind fucking movies.
My favorite so far that I have seen that confused the SHIT out of me the entire time was "The Game". I could not pin down what the hell was going on, tripping balls, set up, or what.
What would be yours FPers?
Memento

Agreed. I love that movie.
Here recently, Inception.
The part where juno lifts half the goddamn city up and over freaked me out... I dunno why... It was just freaky...
But yeah, anyone who's seen it, the ending... I mean seriously WHAT THE FUCK?

Oh yeah, Law Abiding Citizen was fuckin' awesome.

the endings fine he just made it so you have to actually think about it
What was that movie with the shotgun rewind scene I just can't recall the name of it

Taking a guess of Funny Games?
Primer is the only movie in the world where I had no idea what the fuck happened.
Jacob's ladder.

Yes, that's the one.
It's been ages since I've seen The Game, I believe I still have that on VCR somewhere.
Normally I'm pretty sharp with psychological thrillers, so not many have gotten the better of me, but i remember going with my friends to see The Prestige, and me having to explain it to them. It was similar for 12 monkeys, but with my sister.
I won't say Donnie Darko, since, while I liked the movie, I felt it was complex for the sake of being complex
Funny Games. I don't even know.
Blue Velvet
12 Monkeys
Brazil
Mullholland Drive
...basically anything by david lynch
The Machinist
American Psycho
There Will Be Blood
Pulp Fiction
Anything by David Lynch.

Gotta be fucking kidding.

Well, a lot of his stuff is fucking mind blowing. Except for a few, like Dune.
Memento
i didn't really have much trouble following Memento, i just stayed focused and it made sense

I find it works well as it doesn't make sense. You don't concentrate on the plot as much and just enjoy the great music, acting and directing. Just so well made in every part.
I thought that Shutter Island was good, despite what some critics say.
Cube! CUUUUUBE!
I actually quite liked Shutter Island.
the endings fine he just made it so you have to actually think about it
And yet there's really not much thinking to be done at all, which is the complete opposite of what's happening. People start coming up with random ideas that weren't even explored or hinted at in the film by reading into it too much.

Yeah, so did I. I resisted it at first because of the hype, but it was actually quite a decent film once I gave in.
Cube! CUUUUUBE!
FUCK YES.
Also, The Prestige. Christopher Nolan makes really fucking good movies.
Un Chien Andalou scared the shit out of me, if that counts for anything.
Expendables.

Dune was mind blowingly....weird.
Jacob's ladder.
movie was entertaining but the ending was a bit of a cop-out
Shutter Island and Inception.
Especially Shutter Island :psyduck:
Honestly haven't watched many thrillers in general.
